Docs Sent to Title/Attorney
We coordinate with title company or attorney for processing.
Pay Upfront Fee
Send the required upfront fee via Zelle or wire transfer to proceed.
EMD Funded
Once the end buyer’s EMD is submitted to escrow, we’ll send the wholesaler’s EMD directly to escrow.
